The Newest

The Newest exhibition is a review of recent projects created by artists connected with Propaganda. What they all have in common is freshness, deep cooperation and exchange of experiences.

Jakub Ciężki will show his recent paintings created in the turn of the year. As before, they are realistic abstractions and the harvest of his attempts to blending various painting techniques and experiments with new materials and themes as well. The micro-sculpture series accompanied by the video is an another confrontational work of Jarema Drogowski, dedicated to contemporary slavery and based on exaples from Venice “vucumprà”. The Newest counterpoint will be freshly finished Vinyls of Adam Jastrzębski, that is an extraordinarily original set of pictural objects builded on the basis of case game with a determined fate. Tomasz Kulka, especially for this show, made a series of collages entitled Golem. And finally, the biggest of the newest will be a 4-meter last drawing of Mariusz Tarkawian – the monumental still life and detailed atlas of European plants and animals as well.

The vernissage will be held on February 7th from 5 PM to 8 PM.
